For this harness, the Van der Wiel brothers use a
specially developed type of leather, which is on the
one hand very durable, and on the other hand reduces
maintenance costs to a minimum. This leather
contains a basic component of grease, which levels
out moisture without having to grease it regularly,
even by regular cleaning with water! This special leather
should only be oiled three to four times a year.
The solid leather is processed with reinforcements
from perlon, which results in a very high stability and
tensile strength, a guarantee for long lasting use without
